Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your class spot to another student on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notification will incur a charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our students. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
