Meet Sarah Voigt-Campbell, an NRA certified instructor who's passionate about personal safety. Her father, Mike Voigt, was a world champion competitive shooter and influenced her love of the shooting sports. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Sarah is dedicated to helping others feel confident and secure in their ability to protect themselves.
Meet Your Instructor: Sarah's Story
Growing up with Mike Voigt as your dad is, well different. I remember playing snipers as a little girl, army crawling through a dirty range to shoot a rifle on a tripod at age 5. My dad taught us how to hunt lizards at the range and make up obstacle courses. He taught me curse words, gun lingo and the importance of Led Zeppelin. All the things a little girl should know.
He was a great dad for stories, for travel inspiration and for sound advice. He was also the perfect dad to make sure your dates stayed in line during those teenage years. He wasn't perfect, as all super heroes have their weaknesses. As a young woman, he taught me about forgiveness and grace. He taught me about reconciliation and healing. For all those import life lessons and so many more. I will always be grateful that I got to have Mike Voigt as my dad.

Our firearm training courses at Tioga Sports Park in Bandon, Oregon are supported by a dedicated team of volunteer Range Safety Officers. These individuals bring years of practical experience, a commitment to safe shooting practices, and a genuine passion for helping shooters build confidence and skill. Their oversight ensures every training session runs safely, smoothly, and with the personalized attention our students deserve. We’re grateful for their service to our program and the shooting community.
